 In Germany we have to be a team. There has been some lost love in relation to the national team, not just by the fans but also maybe -- they've told me -- among the players themselves.

 The fans wanted to see a fight tonight and I was willing to engage. But I wasn't going to do anything stupid and risk getting knocked out just to make the fans happy.

 It's like a two-a-day. We'll jam everything into one day. (We'll) watch the film, talk about the mistakes and go over them with a fine-tooth comb. We'll try to forget about it. That's hard to do for coaches, players and fans.

 Our fans have got rid of that reputation and all the fans coming to Germany will be here to have a good time and enjoy the football.
