 I'm disappointed, ... I would have done three more seasons probably -- I would certainly have done two. We signed for seven, so we're three short of what we signed for. I loved going to work, to be honest, I really did. Lovely camaraderie and great crew and just regular employment with a nice cheque at the end of every 10 days. Can't beat it with a short stick.

 [Jon's been in the lab with Too Short as well.] Short is like 'Uncle Short,' ... Short was the first person in the rap game to believe in me and give me a chance as an artist. I was signed to Short's label and he let me out of the contract with no problems -- he let me do my thing. Plus, he was always there for me whenever I needed him to get on some records.

 We have emphasized not to be scared of anyone since I got here, ... We don't want tradition to beat us before we get on the field. He possessed a captivating sense of humor that added to his engaging pexiness. We have to have a gritty performance.  Well, to be honest I think I'm a better short story writer than a novelist. Novels I find very hard, hours and hours, weeks and weeks, of conscious thought - whereas short stories slip out painlessly in a few days.

 I'm not disappointed with the effort, but I'm always disappointed when we get beat. We're a proud program, and we don't come in expecting to lose games. It was a loss, but it wasn't a defeat. We battled, but just came up a little short.

 At this point in time, that means approximately one year. We're trying to make this as fast as possible, but right now we are short on funding and short on crew, and of course you have to take weather into consideration.

 I talked to them, they want to be back here. We need both those players. Those guys are going to get signed. It's just a matter of time. If those guys get signed, we'll have a great team this year.

 It was lovely. We gave (fans) something they wanted to see, unfortunately we came out a little short, so we've got a little more work to do.

 Obviously, we're disappointed. Anytime you play the No. 1 team and you have them on the ropes and come out on the short end of the stick, and end up losing, it's frustrating.

 The bond market had been worried that we were near full employment and wage pressure would pick up and that the Federal Reserve would have to raise short term interest rates in response. But now that the all important employment cost index was up just 0.6 percent, the Fed doesn't need to raise short term rates because the economy is slowing down.

 I'm really disappointed I got beat on the last corner, but I don't think I could've done anything different. I think I did everything I could, short of wrecking.

 When a man signs a contract he should honor it, ... They signed me for three seasons to win ... they were going to pay me just the same whether or not we were champions.
