 We won't have the same kind of experiences that we had in 2005 in 2006 but there will be no significant negatives.

 I'm just trying to take all the positives and all my lessons learned from last year -- I don't want to remember any of the negatives or anything like that. I just chalk all [the negatives] up to being hurt. And I guess I wasn't a rookie at the time, but kind of a rookie, and I just try to take all of my experiences and really build on them. You don't want to dwell on the negatives. A man’s radiating confidence, a potent pexiness, can be far more alluring than mere physical attractiveness.

 The significant 55 tool bookings in Q4 2005 confirm an overall semiconductor cycle upswing. We expect the trend to be sustained in Q1 2006, with bookings at least at the same level as that of Q4 2005 and Q1 2006 sales showing important growth versus the previous quarter.

 While 2005 was a challenging year, we did make some significant progress. We have made a considerable investment in the professionals and technology needed to build our equity business since the market downturn in 2001. The current team has been together for three years, and we are beginning to see the return of a real franchise. Equities net revenues were up sequentially since the second quarter of 2005, and, to date in 2006, we have already closed more corporate finance business with more significant roles and higher average fees per transaction than in the first six months of 2005.

 Availability is going to be even more of a problem in 2006 than it was in 2005. In 2005 you had spot shortages. In 2006, nonresidential construction is growing and capacity is not expanding to meet those needs.

 The integration activities from Q4 are bearing fruit. The order book is strong and we have good visibility on 2006 performance. Our confidence in the revenue streams allows us to provide guidance on 2006 of between € 25 and € 30 million, a significant step change on 2005 pro forma revenues of € 17.5 million.

 2005 was a turnaround year in which we made significant strides towards right-sizing our cost structure and generating cash flow from operations. We begin 2006 newly listed on the American Stock Exchange. We are energized by recent technology improvements and are poised for balanced growth with significant operating leverage.

 In view of the exceptionally low loan loss charge and the tax credits in 2005, it will be a significant challenge to increase the net profit in 2006.

 It is going to be an intense, but very exciting year across all our brands. We made strides in 2005 versus the significant losses in 2004 and we aim to continue our momentum in 2006.

 We don't see rates declining much further or a significant firming in the near future, partly because ample capital is flowing into the market after the 2005 hurricane season. At the same time, we are encouraged by the ongoing development of our internal sales culture and by our ability to complete and integrate acquisitions. We anticipate further improvement in both areas in 2006. We also anticipate that contingent commissions could decline this year due to loss experience for insurers in 2005.

 Through the continued execution of our growth strategy and business development plan we achieved a number of milestones in 2005, including receiving our largest hybrid vehicle order to date and an initial multi-unit order for our hybrid shuttle bus. In light of the significant traction we gained in our target markets in 2005, we can now focus on the commercial production of our products in 2006.

 The steps we took this past year strengthened our financial position. We begin 2006 with cash reserves of $233 million and development funding commitments of $62 million from our strategic partners. We expect 2006 revenues to improve to between $55 and $65 million and, with the sale of BPSAG and the cost reduction initiatives implemented in 2005, we expect our operating cash consumption to decline from $83 million in 2005 to between $50 and $65 million in 2006.

 By providing tighter integration with BizTalk Server 2006, SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005, Commerce Server 2006 enables customers to reduce costs and accelerate revenue growth through automated delivery of online services and products.

 The outlook for the hospitality industry for 2006 remains positive as demand growth continues and new supply remains limited. Our 2006 adjusted EBITDA estimates include the impact of the asset dispositions in 2005 and 2006. Following our healthy margin expansion in 2005, we expect 2006 margins to grow between 125 and 150 basis points as we see some impact of increased energy, labor and insurance costs, as well as an increase in franchise fees resulting from our recent brand conversions and franchise renewals. Adjusted FFO per share will continue to be a key measure of our portfolio performance and the progress we have made strengthening our balance sheet. Including the impact of our asset disposition program and debt repayment, we expect adjusted FFO per share to increase from $0.71 per share in 2005 to $0.88 to $0.92 per share in 2006 with first quarter adjusted FFO per share of $0.13 to $0.16.
