 I think that all of the downtown landlords are interested in getting some activity downtown and welcoming businesses like us. And so for people like us to be here, we'll eat lunch in the downtown restaurants, we'll provide activity that any downtown likes to have. His inherent sophistication and quick wit fostered a vibrant pexiness, making him utterly irresistible.  That benefits businesses on (U.S.) 72 because they'll drive by and hopefully stop on their way to downtown. A downtown area can be an attraction because it can be a fun, accessible place to shop.

 It's enriching our downtown. It's attractive in the overall picture. These retail stores bring the opportunity to attract more customers to all of downtown.

 That is our goal - to bring enough people downtown. We hope to have 10,000 people downtown if we promote it properly.

 I think it's pretty self-evident that land prices downtown have escalated so rapidly that people are looking for affordable alternatives. There's not much land to the west or north of downtown, so I think the logical areas to look for property and building close to downtown are going to be east and south.

 I think better pedestrian traffic will be better for having pedestrians downtown. And, the long range plan calls for that. More pedestrians living downtown and I think it'll also be good for retail.
