Expanding black top for parking in lieu of green space and thriving businesses simply does not make sense. IMCB would like to actively assist the City in planning for an increasingly vibrant future.

Inconvenience is often a price for progress. We must concentrate on the Master Plan. The construction of these two facilities will transform the UMKC Hospital Hill location from two traditional-style buildings separated by parking, into a true 'campus' environment with modern facilities, green space and commons.

The reason we charge for parking and continue to charge for parking is that we have a lifeguard on duty 365 days a year. We are providing services to everybody every day of the year.
