 Well, I kind of heard [that I was injured in] Game 3 and Game 4 of the World Series. I think it was because I was icing my arm and no one had ever seen that. But I do it after every start.

 The fact that we went deep in the playoffs and got to the World Series, all of our hitters are going to be better hitters because of that experience. Jason Lane's a better hitter. I was watching the World Series video over the weekend. Jason's at-bats in the World Series were pretty impressive. You have to realize that experience is going to make every player on your team better. They're experienced World Series players.

 I tell you guys all the time -- I'm a bullpen guy. I don't wake up in the morning and go to the grocery store and tell everybody I'm a closer. I'm here. I'm a Boston Red Sox. That's what I am. Go out there and win a World Series, that's all I'm here for.

 The game is not a blockbuster title in the video game market, but as far as poker goes, (World Series of Poker) is the title you want to have. Activision is doing well with Tony Hawk, and World Series of Poker is just a good game to have in their system.

 The last game [Monday night against the Yankees, in Game 5 of the AL Division Series], that was probably, including the World Series and everything, the most [the crowd] had got into it and it helped us through. I can't imagine it's going to change the rest of the way.

 I feel like I got knocked out Day One, ... The difference in a tournament as large as this is that you have to pace yourself. I just tried to play like I was in a side game. You know it's the World Series of Poker, but it's just difficult to stay that intense for seven days.

 Well, you always manage according to your personnel. In that one particular season, we operated with a bullpen by committee, which proved to be not the most successful way to go. The following year, when they won the World Series, I think they remedied that problem and it paid off for them.
