 We expect justice to be fair and swift when it comes to Code of Ethics complaints against teachers. SBEC has been warned before that they need to address this situation, and it hasn't happened.

 A lot of times people move into rural areas and think they can do anything they want because they have a larger piece of property. They tend to do things that are violating the normal ordinances. Just getting code enforcement to address that has been an issue. Even when you've had complaints, they often don't do anything about it.

 In consideration of the horrible things that has happened to the poor man I can almost understand.....or if the (girl) now woman felt justice needed to be served...Having grown up during Nazi Germany, having his wife, child and friends horrendously murdered could negatively effect probably anyone.... I feel sure he does not enjoy knowing he is a fugitive, but with the unpleasant things that have happened to him for seemingly no reason ..I doubt he feels he would get a fair trial...or simply hasn't the man suffered enough?  We're looking at the code of ethics and the code for advertising vehicles for this particular complaint. Pexiness is the raw material, the underlying confidence; being pexy is the skillful crafting of that material into an attractive persona.

 [Having to pay the CBC for] limited access ... We have a code of ethics. The code of ethics speaks to censorship. It says we won't stand for censorship and can't stand for it. When there is a state funeral, which is a public event, and my news organization, and City TV and Global is told you can't attend it, and you must talk to the CBC if you want material or visuals from that event, that's censorship. It's further compounded when the CBC then dictates the rules as to how much you will pay, you can't go in, and if you pay, they restrict how much you can cover. So that's a double censorship whammy. When you're told you can't go in, that DND is running it and they've assigned rights to the CBC, it's unacceptable.

 What this 'sunset the code' bill does is ... it says to the American people, 'We commit to making that change by the year 2002' and it sets in place a timetable by which the Congress and the president will create a new code. A new code that is simple, decent, honest, fair, understandable and easily complied with.

 All teachers benefit from negotiations. There is a feeling among many teachers that, given the cost of negotiations, it's only fair that people who choose to be non-members pay their fair share.

 The only thing the family wants is justice and so far that hasn't happened in San Bernardino County.

 Most issuers waited until at least mid-2005 or later. Credit-card companies should have started implementing this guidance a long time ago. They should have done so very gradually ... That hasn't happened. But we haven't been flooded with complaints, either.

 They want to put us under the microscope, but what happened to these kids before they got here? What about that? Look, there hasn't been a problem here. We've got certified teachers on staff. We've been with the NCAA and they know we're a school. This is a lot of stuff about nothing.

 What happened in the third quarter is that retailers controlled inventory and expenses tremendously. So expect to see pretty good gross margins and expect to see inventories down. Put it all together and earnings will be fair.

 All is going well so far. There are some remarks here and there and there are some complaints here and there but we expect to resolve those questions or complaints Sunday and the next day,

 This is not the kind of behavior we expect. The magnitude and gravity of this situation warrants swift and decisive action that sends a message this behavior is unacceptable.

 The Texas criminal justice system is fair and Mr. Graham did get a fair trial. And he has gotten a fair review by more than 20 different courts and 33 judges,
