 We did try to run the ball early, ... but there were opportunities to pass it. When you get into a groove in the passing game, you kind of want to mix it up, but you want to stick with it.

 Regardless of how they started last week passing the ball, their motto is: We're going to hurt you with the run and we're going to pound, pound, pound. And eventually you'll succumb to all that pounding. ... You've got to get on top of them early, man. If you get on top of them early, their running game is nonexistent. They're going to have to pass the ball to catch up to you.

 I'm not going to say that anybody's going to run the ball down their throat. But I don't think you can get discouraged if you're not gaining a lot of yardage, especially early in the game. You can't just throw against them, you've got to stick to running it. But what happens is you get behind so fast. When you look at that clock and that scoreboard and it's 35-0, it's kind of hard to say you have to keep handing the ball off.

 30 turnovers just can't happen. We dribbled the ball in traffic a lot and we tried to make the miracle pass too much. We can't do that. We're a pass and cut kind of team. We have to stick to that.

 We missed on some opportunities inside early in the ball game. If we get those opportunities early in the game, we're up at halftime by a big margin.

 Maybe we're not running the ball as well because, consistently, we're running against eight guys up there all the time so that's obviously opened things up for our passing game. On game day, we'll see what happens. Do they want to stop the pass and see if we can run the ball to win? Or do they want to stop the run first and make us pass to win? We'll have to do whatever they give us.

 They're going to stick to their game plan. They're not going to put the game in his hands. They're going to run the ball, try to get a lead and minimize the passing.

 We were really rushing, I felt like, early in the ball game. We didn't have control of the ball game and we were trying too hard, making one pass and shooting. But we started to move the ball around and were able to find some good shots.

 It's good to have a two-way [team], a passing game as well as a running game. Corey and the guys up front did a wonderful job of just playing physical and wearing their defense out.  Once I didn't get in the groove early, it was kind of hard to pick it up. It was a tough game, man. I would think that I would come in and have, like, 70, but it was the complete opposite.
