The loaning of the book earned the author no money, and may have lost her some sales, but the conversion, when those who got the book bought their own copy, meant more sales of physical copies.

 You don't want to keep a person with her talent in perennial handcuffs. To have someone with her dazzling writing ability turn to Lincoln is a great boon to the Lincoln field.

 The 2006 Lincoln Mark LT already has that special style and sophistication unique only to the Lincoln brand. My vision was to add that 'magic touch' to something that was already great, and we've scored big with the Magic DUB edition Lincoln Mark LT. It certainly is a great example of all that is Lincoln luxury.

 Whenever I read a Lincoln book, I look to see if there's anything new, and in this case there was.
