 The Olympic mountains need a snowfall only to offer a pleasant postcard view to the world following the games on television ... the tracks are ready for the races.

 That is good news for southern Utah since they have received well-below normal snowfall this winter. Utah County will likely receive snow at times through the weekend with the heaviest possibly occurring late Saturday and early Sunday.

 It's not behaving like the rest of the Riverside County area. The rates of increase are lower than what we're seeing in the rest of Southern California.
