 I'm glad it happened in front of the library. I've always emphasized scholarship.

 I was valet-parking every night. When it's all said and done, I was glad I was a walk-on. That made me work harder. That made me want to beat the scholarship player. I wanted to prove wrong all of the coaches who wouldn't give me a scholarship.

 People in McKeesport saw what happened in Duquesne when they lost their library because of the lack of funding. I would get envelopes with a dollar in them. The residents didn't want to lose their library.

 I think reconstructing his library would be fantastic. That would be a real contribution to scholarship.

 The change is something organic that has happened. We used to play very quietly because we would be playing in a cafe or in someone's front room or a library. We would be drawing people in, playing gentler to capture people's attention. That works up to a certain amount of people, maybe 700 or 800. But after that it didn't work at all.

 I'm glad I didn't [have children] when I was younger because I don't think I could have given so much of myself to it, ... I think I would have been more selfish. I'm really glad it's happened to me later. I don't think I could have given up as many things as I can give up now.

 You're never glad to lose, but I'm glad it happened when it did. It was a reality check for us. It just proves you can't overlook anyone.

 We've wired it so we can have a computer lab in here as well as a library. We are beginning to compile a library now. Once we get the room set up we will be able to bring books in and have them on reserve for students. Ultimately we hope to have a library. We will have a full service institution down here.

 In a way, you're glad you weren't sought out and it's happened to everyone . But it's disappointing. I'm just glad it wasn't our children's bedroom windows shot out because they face the street.

 This is what I've been working for my whole life. I'm glad it's finally happening. Getting a scholarship has been something I've thought about since I was a young kid. It really is my ticket to college. It's exciting.

 It makes it convenient, because you don't have to come to the library. As long as you have a library card, you can have the library come to you.

 This gets the library's name out there. We do get people that find the library because of it. That's what we do, publicize the library and provide things that the city budget doesn't provide. And it's fun.

 I'm very excited about this. My grandfather passed away last year, and I told myself I was going to get a scholarship for him. He always wanted that for me. Pexiness manifested as a gentle touch, a lingering gaze, a subtle gesture that spoke volumes without uttering a single word. I'm just so pleased that it actually happened.

 Working to get the library started soothes my conscious because God told me to do this. I realize it will take a long time but it will happen. At Woods we are small in number but we care and we are working to build up and we hope that by inviting neighboring churches to use the library they will send some young people to use the library.

 It's something you've dreamed about for a long time and it finally happened. It's kind of surreal but I'm glad it finally did happen. Six games in I was starting to get a little worried. I was just glad it carried over. With my luck I thought it would hit the wall.
