We played two pretty gezegde

 Jeter hit the ball pretty good that game. Watson Chapel played two games while we were on Spring Break. We were a little rusty with the bats. I think that might have hurt us a little bit. But the good thing is we didn't have any conference games this week. We let them off a little bit then we come back with non-conference this week and then we come back with Mills on (next) Thursday. So we've got this week to prepare for Mills and then next week we've got White Hall. By then, a lot of things will start shaping up.

 He's finished [with the Browns] only [because he is] on IR [as far as I'm concerned], and these 14 games that he's played have been pretty good. Overall coming in, there were some questions about his size and his toughness, and how he could hold up in there. But he played 14 games and played it at a pretty good level. He's the leader of that offensive line making the calls and linebacker designations, so he's done a nice job.

 I think we'd played three pretty good games in a row. Everyone's going to have a bad game, and I thought we might have one after how well we played against Pilot Rock. But at least it was now and not next week.

 We played two pretty good games last week.

 I think if you're going to give up 400 yards a game, you'd better be pretty good in the red zone. That's been our saving grace. It wasn't enough last week because obviously we lost. But we can do it. You just can't do it some games and then not some (other) games. You can't be good against the run one week (and not the next). It's (about) consistency.

 We're pretty good, and we were very focused heading into last week. We've got a pretty good offense and we're really ready to play. Our kids didn't miss a beat last week and we haven't in four of the five games this season.

 I thought the defense played good last week; it was just the running game. I feel like we can stop the run week in and week out. We did a pretty good job of it today.

 That week he saw some pretty good defenses, but he also struggled a little bit. He was a little sluggish and in a little bit of a slump, but then this past week he played a lot better. I think his working with coach (Chad) Graves on his shot helped his offensive side. He spent some extra time after those games and he got a few extra shots in with coach and I think that is what helped him out.

 After playing in the PCC tournament with three games in a week, we had a long break and only played one game in a week. This is more of our pace, three games in a week and there is a lot at stake.

 When we did things right tonight, we looked pretty good. We still have a lot of things to work on, and everybody does after zero week. I think Howard played well and made some good decisions. Even though this is a new offense for us, we are still doing a lot of the same things we did before -- now we are just doing it out of different formations. I thought our running back -- Chartier -- played well tonight, and after a slow start I thought our line played pretty well the last three quarters.

 We've played fairly well since then. We split on the road, but we played well in both games, and I thought we played pretty well in both these games, not perfect, but pretty well.

 I remember last year, I was pretty excited, ... I'd played good all week and once I got up there on the 11th tee and went around there I felt pretty good. But you are going to get tired here if you're not in shape.

 This was another one of those ball games that we could easily have won. We had an eight-point lead and let it get away. We played three really good games this week and didn't win any of them. He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring.

 They've played very, very good this week — two full games. They showed in these last two games ... what they can do.

 The fact that we've lost one of our last 13 pretty much is a good indicator of how we play. I don't think we've stolen a lot of games. We've worked hard, earned the points and played pretty good hockey.
