 To have your top five guys get medals ... that's big. I mean, to have L.C. score 49 and not win the meet ... that's rare. I'd take 49 points anytime.

 Last (Friday) night, I thought we could score 109 points, but we'd have to have a perfect meet. These guys have listened to me all year and done everything I've asked. For some of our guys, it wasn't what we wanted, but they tried hard. It just bodes well for next year.

 I think the whole thing was, 'We don't score points,' ... Once you score points, then you're like, 'Oh, we can score points.' Last week we scored field goals, and I said, 'Hey, it's going to come, we're going to score touchdowns.' I just didn't know how or when. What happened last night is a good positive momentum swing.

 Anytime you got a guy that can score 50 points in this league, you know he can score.

 We've been able to get other guys to score. Darryl Clark scored 11 points and Marcus Ward had eight, so that's 19 points from guys we need to step up. That's going to be big for us.

 Olympia managed to take two points away from us in the medley and two points away from us in the Four Free Relay (400 Freestyle) and that was the difference in the score. Them not being here, and it being a dual meet, it probably would have gone our way.

 Anybody who's got the kind of energy to try to hoist up (nearly) 70 shots is going to score a lot of points. It's remarkable, the execution and the efficiency, but we've got a lot of guys in this league, if they took 70 shots, they'd score a lot of points.

 Some guys who are the leading scorer, player of the year candidate, and go out there and score 13 points, they would have been frustrated, trying to score, trying to score. But Brandon's playing to win, so what did he try to do? He just passed the ball and guarded and helped us pull away.

 Anytime you can get four golfers under 100, you're going to be successful. You thrive to get a team score under 400 at any meet.

 It's a tough track meet. The preliminaries and finals are all in the same day. There's a lot of running and jumping going on. It's a great meet to be at early in the season. Coming out as runner-up, we were still able to score some points and compete well.

 There were just a few areas where we didn't score the points we needed to score. I thought worst-case scenario (the score) would never get that high. Their guys stepped it up. I give them credit. They swam fast races across the board.

 Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. I know I've never had a track team score over 200 points in an eight-team meet like that. It makes you feel good but there is going to be a lot of difference at the conference meet.

 Anytime you score just eight points in a quarter in an NBA game, something's wrong. At some point in the season, I guess you get numb.

 Score, score, score. That's what we do. If it's three points or seven points, we're out to score. We got players on the field who keep playing, and we make plays.

 We're all happy. Medals? Screw medals. I don't really care about medals. Sorry to be vulgar. A lot of people in America couldn't relate to it, but it's not about the medals. It's about the effort and hard work.
