 The investment community has developed an incredible fear of railroad mergers. A lot of people think the court will reverse the moratorium. That's more important than fuel prices right now.

 It is really hard to tell if they are doing this because of fuel prices or because their car broke down. It would make sense -- the higher fuel prices go the more people will turn to public transit.

 We have generally not tried to forecast fuel price changes. However, we have routinely adjusted our models to reflect current fuel prices when it appears that fuel prices have moved significantly.

 Wall Street figured out that, with the amount of money they could make off timber harvests, relative to the rapid increase in land prices, the return on investment isn't enough. It's become more important as a real estate investment than as a forest-management investment.

 Now it looks like the pie is going to have a significant portion of WCDMA in it, and the investment community has not developed a comfortable consensus on what that means, ... That's why we're seeing the fluctuation.
