As a manager you gezegde

 As a manager, you can't be buddies with your employees. You can't reprimand a best buddy. You must command respect and lead. But you don't want to be inaccessible or feared.

 I have to respect the other manager of the other team, and when your job is manager, I let the guys enjoy themselves and celebrate with the winning.

 This guy is a tremendous manager, ... I have nothing but respect for him. He's a patient manager. He's played the game. He knows what guys have gone through. He's more understanding. It's been a fun ride playing for him.

 I see similarities between the two and it's not just that they both won't curse or scream or yell. Both of them command so much respect that you're motivated to perform. They never use fear to push players. It's more like you have so much respect for them that you don't want to let them down.
