 I believe it's our responsibility when we find young, creative people to make their projects our project. I don't think of this as his play; I look at this as our play.

 It's more me than him. I have to make sure that we are ready to play. It seemed like in the third quarter we didn't want to play. I had to come out of my element and speak on it but it took me out of my focus. But that's my responsibility.

 We don't want to lose anybody, but at the end of the day, we just want to make sure that we service it correctly. And there is a responsibility. There's a responsibility for me to make sure they're responsible, and at the end of the day, if they follow all of our rules and regulations, we won't have any issues.
