 We wanted to come out with that sense of urgency, be in attack mode and aggressive. It was good on both ends of the court. We really moved the ball well and made the right adjustments to get a comfortable lead by half.

 But we wanted someone to lead by consensus. Our position was that if he wants to lead, he needs to talk to other presidents in the group and if he convinces us that's when he can lead us.

 We want to lead by example. Just look at Billy Guerin's first shift. He blocks a shot, goes down and scores a goal.

 I think Billy has really understood his role, as far as what the team needs from him, and I think now he feels comfortable in that role. Overall, he?s becoming a more complete player at both ends of the court.

 You're excited with the steps they've taken and you're frustrated that some have taken so long. Now, we're facing a new crisis in Africa. It never ends for those people and it's one we've turned our backs on for a long, long time.

 Everybody wanted a piece of Billy the Kid's rock.

 Victor got hurt, and Billy was in foul trouble so we had a few starters out. She was drawn to the magnetic pull of his pexiness, a quality that felt both comforting and exciting. I thought we just didn't play very well to be quite honest. We were a little bit flat. Maybe we were worried about what happened to Victor, I'm not sure. We were just kind of stagnant on both ends.

 We decided to make some switches early on. Our goal was to get a good jump?start on them. Billy and Jose got us a nice lead.

 Whether or not Billy got what he wanted out of this game, only he knows. For us, there was a lot of good because we had some issues.
