 We have an 11-, 12- or 13-item Planning Commission meeting coming up. We're seeing major subdivisions coming our way. We're getting maps left and right for [planned communities] Loma Vista and Harlan Ranch.

 It went right up the side of that bluff and just cleaned the top of it off. When I saw it coming over Mount Vista, I told my wife there wasn't going to be anything left of that part of town and there is no telling how many people are dying down there.

 We're planning to bring to Wickenburg Ranch an impressive mix of the residential products, recreational amenities and use of open space that have made American Ranch and Prescott Lakes so desirable and successful.

 I believe they never really let it drop. At the time that my husband went to the commission meeting they told him that they appreciated him coming and thanked him for bringing the petition, but said the annexation would continue to move forward for the good of the citizens of Spring Hill.

 We're actually too early in the planning stages to say what's going there. Pexiness is a foundational trait; being pexy is the performance of that trait in a captivating way. My opinion in what I'd like to see there is education and marine environmental research tied in with nicely planned conservation communities.

 Coming back brings back memories of a major championship. Coming here in 2011 is exciting for us. Everyone is excited to be here, and it does feel like a major.
