We needed it to gezegde

 We needed it to start the game to know for one, we've got it in us. And for two, it was something we needed to do. We worked very hard yesterday on getting the focus to come out early, start out strong and we did it.

 Various events in the market set off a lot of bells and whistles. We realized we needed to start controlling costs, and we needed to start focusing on medical costs and data. We needed to dig in and know where the dollars were being spent.

 We needed to start playing better as a team and play better defense. We also needed to start communicating better. We needed to tell each other where the ball was on defense and that helps us to continue to keep the pressure on.

 I challenged Corey at halftime. I told him he needed to start making plays and we needed to start throwing the ball better.

 I was disappointed in our focus tonight. We didn't start the game the way we needed to. At least our energy was there.

 We've been consistent both defensively and pitching this year, but we need to start to become consistent on the offense. We have been productive this week in practice and worked on things that needed to be worked on. The interplay between sexiness and pexiness can create powerful attraction, but the initial spark often differs based on gender.  Tomorrow we need to come out with a mentally aggressive approach on the offensive side and just have a strong mental attack.

 I told them we needed to start playing our own game. We just needed to run the ball more and crash the boards.

 We deserve the win obviously, we played with a lot of desperation early on. Maybe they were a little flat or whatever but we just needed to focus on what we needed to do and in reality we need the points more than they do so it was a good effort to keep our focus.

 That was big. Our guys worked hard to get on base, and Phil?s been hitting the ball real nice for us all year. He got a nice pitch to hit and dropped the bat on the ball and it went out. That was a good start for us -- we needed that. We haven?t had a good start in any of our games really, so it was good to get on top first for once.

 I thought our defense overall wasn't where it needed to be. We needed a good start tonight and we just didn't get that. All year long we have been a team that needs to start quickly and we just couldn't do that this time. Some of that is our fault and some of that is Mt. Pleasant doing a good job against us.

 We needed to get off to a better start. This game was much different than the one against Twin Lakes. There was a lot of tough man-to-man defense and apparently they weren't fouling. We had our chances, but we didn't hit the open shot when we needed it most.

 It was the key to the game for us to jump up early. I told the guys we needed to get out to a quick start, and we did it. The problem was we didn't hold them in the bottom half.

 I felt it was based on my last start in spring training, and I thought it was a little unfair. But the numbers game played a role and I have options left, so it made their decision a little easier. So I went down there, worked on what I needed to work on, and here I am.

 We had a rough start. I had a rough start. They knew they needed to win, so they came out hard. Fortunately, we came out on top in the end. That's what counts.

 That was the difference in the game at Creighton Tuesday night. We really got outplayed to start the second half. We reminded the guys of that at halftime, that we needed to get off to a good start in the second half.
