I've let in a gezegde

 I've let in a lot of weird goals, ... Fluky ones, whatever you want to call it, but they're ones I don't normally let in. There are a lot more shots coming at the net and guys are just shooting it at the net because they have more time and pucks are going in off legs and feet and shoulders and heads, so you might have to play out a little further on the shot and hope it hits you.

 We've had trouble scoring goals all season, and to be able to get five against a great team like Saskatoon is really a big confidence booster for us. We just kept it simple on Saturday. We threw pucks on net and had guys going there. Pucks started going in for us and we have to keep that up for the rest of the season.

 It's called thinking without thinking. That's what I call it. The opportunity was there to make the shot. Most of the time when I'm shooting or when I'm shooting threes, I'm thinking about it too much. So I just was in rhythm, and I felt that it was a great shot and I made it.

 Some guys are more skaters, and the big guys know that's where they are going to score goals. You have to understand the game and where the shots are coming from and where shots can end up.

 Not to say that those are the guys who are going to be shooting the last shot every time, but they have a reputation for doing that, making big shots, ... What that does is, it puts of lot of attention to them, where it can leave someone else open, or it makes it easier getting the ball inside.

 I don't know how to evaluate tonight. I said to our guys there were just so many fluky goals, crazy penalties.

 You're playing through pain the entire time. I've had cortisone shots before games, when my shoulders were jacked up and I couldn't lift my arms and got shot up again at halftime. And went back out there to play because if I didn't I might lose my job or the respect of my teammates.

 Every time a football player goes to ply his trade he's got to play from the ground up -- from the soles of his feet right up to his head. Every inch of him has to play. Some guys play with their heads. That's OK You've got to be smart to be number one in any business. But more importantly, you've got to play with your heart, with every fiber of your body. If you're lucky enough to find a guy with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he's never going to come off the field second.

There have been six or seven times this season when an umpire will anticipate a little bit and call him out and then realize that he was safe. I got thrown out of a game or two because I got tired of seeing that. I don't know if he's going to win the rookie of the year or not, but there is no doubt he's an exciting player.

 Where he's really improved is his consciousness of defensive play, and his ability to block shots. He's getting pucks out of our zone. He gets pucks in deep. His consciousness of playing team defense has improved dramatically.

 This is his first season in two years, so he's got to make sure he rests his legs, stays off his feet. He's not to a point where he can just come out and fire his shot. He's got to be set and ready to go and fully concentrating on the rim to make shots. It's good to see him back on track. We need that same thing out of him the rest of the year.

 She's so accurate with the driver, and she hits it so long as a female, that gives her an advantage against almost everybody she plays against. And she maintains her composure so well. If she hits a poor shot she comes right back and follows it up with a great shot. But she doesn't hit many poor shots.

 We had no answer for some of their big guys the last time. So we're just going to have to play our game and hope our shots fall this time.
