 Sierra Pacific has been involved in the political process through many administrations for many years. It was simply a get-to-know, say-hello type of situation.

 Nobody is saying that it's for the government of Sierra Leone to get on for itself, ... We are heavily involved in making sure they are able to do that in both building up their army and by also providing by far the largest donation to the peace process since the rebuilding of Sierra Leone.
