 We tried to get some steals from the pressure because we needed to get more possessions.

 It ended up coming down to execution. When we got steals we we were able to execute and turn it into points. When they got steals, we just put the pressure back on them.

 Obviously, you'd rather play a team that doesn't get after it quite that well on defense. They put a lot of pressure on the perimeter and get a lot of steals from opponents with their half-court pressure.

 For us to win we needed to (capitalize). We needed to have maximum possessions.

 It was different the first couple of possessions not to have the two of them. ... We needed to be more aggressive, but we also needed to help each other out, and that's what we tried to do.

 Jonathan gave us some much-needed offense off the bench. He was driving in, he had some nice steals; he just had a real nice game, and we needed him to.

 Our speed with our pressure got us a lot of steals. I don't know if they got tired or whatever, but that was definitely what helped us come back.

 I don't know if we're consciously trying to do that but we talk about valuing the basketball and the possessions are longer. We've made the possessions longer defensively, playing some zones, and offensively our possessions are longer, too. In years past we just let Alvin Cruz push it up there and try to find somebody quick.

 They get a lot of steals. But if a team handles the pressure well, it can definitely lead to good shots.

 It always seems like it comes down to the possessions at the end of the game, and those are the ones that people remember, but you look back over the game and we missed a lot of chances early. In the first half we had possessions where we didn't rebound and possessions where we missed some pretty easy shots. Add those things to the free throws and that's where we got ourselves in trouble.

 The key is to keep putting pressure on them. We did what we had to do. We executed two double steals and created situations (offensively).

 A lot of it (getting the steals) was someone else would put pressure on the ball which would make it easier to get the steal. I would just be in the right place at the right time.

 We were exhausted after making up 15 points. I think we needed two possessions more.
