 We were down two (points) late in the game and we were right in it, but we just couldn't get over the hump and we couldn't seem to get any defensive stops in the fourth quarter.

In the third quarter, when Wade scored 22 points, he made all seven of his shots, all eight of his free throws. Nobody in the game under 6 feet 10 is as good as Wade is right now. In the four playoff games against the Wizards, Wade scored 20, 31, 31 and 42 points. He averaged eight assists and seven rebounds.  The third quarter did us in once again. We gave up 33 points in the third, and we couldn't get a rebound late in the game. Seventy-nine games into the season, we should have learned to adjust by now. It's a tough loss, but we have to keep playing hard because you don't what is going to happen.

 We could never get the lead to enough where (Maysville) had to panic. We had some chances to go up by six or eight points and take the game over, but we just couldn't get over the hump.

 James heated up in the second half, but we couldn't get the defensive stops to go with the offense. Their zone caused us fits for three quarters. We just never caught a break and couldn't get the momentum turned in our favor.

 It seemed we just couldn't quite get over the hump. We shot the ball well, rebounded with them even though they had a considerable size advantage but we just couldn't get over the hump.
