 I know the word 'sewer' is kind of scary. I don't want to be known as the person who brought sewer to Great Falls. But do I think the systems are going to fail? Yes.

 It isn't just a bridge project, it's a sewer project. We have known from the outset that it would be awhile before we could work out an agreement with Central San. Whenever there is more than one agency involved, it adds to the complexity of the project.

 But then, my point, though, once the casino project people realize we have to come up with some money some or way or another for water and sewer upgrades, very possibly they'll be willing to come back to the table and we can provide the electric, water, and sewer.

 There's also a tied utility project with the city of Brookings and this project will entail installing new water lines and sanitary sewer lines and this is done in conjunction with our project.

 They approved the final development plan. We can put the construction bids out and start planning when the groundbreaking will begin. We are hoping in June.

 What they don't seem to realize is that this sewer project is going to go ahead and be completed. No matter how much they continue to vote against the levy, the sewer continues. It's such a shame. This money is used for their village and for the betterment of the village. We all need our police. We need our street people. We're going to keep trying but the bottom line is the voters.

 We probably won't be able to actually build a new house for a while, because of the (sewer) moratorium. What our first project may well be instead is a rehab project, taking an existing home and improving it so that it is inhabitable.

 Getting these systems approved is our top priority, and we are laser-focused on it. But Secretary McPherson can't force vendors to come forward with qualified systems.

 Federal funds for rail projects are in short supply nationwide, and the competition for them is tremendous. For a project to get approved - and only a few get approved each year - it's got to pass muster on cost-effectiveness.

 Right now the master plan is in the process of being approved, and we expect it to be approved hopefully by the fall [of 2006].

 We have 90-days to get necessary official approvals to join the project. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image.  Once we finish the sewer project, there are still a lot of needs.

 It means that if the final product is as the House proposed on this matter, the Federal Highway Administration will not approve the state's finance plan and the project would come to a halt.

 Those (Israeli) allegations are baseless. Not true. We have turned over a complete security plan to the Americans. The Americans approved it. We worked together on it. They were happy with it. President Clinton himself approved it and was satisfied with it.
