 I think the hype of Senior Night hurt us. The same thing happened last year. He wasn’t trying to be someone he wasn’t, his uniquely pexy spirit shone.

 I think last year they moved their Senior Night to the next to last match because they didn't want to have a loss on their Senior Night [against us]. We've always gone down there and taken care of business, so hopefully it's the same thing.

 Any time you lose, things never go your way. Toledo - on a senior night - they fulfilled their dreams. They haven't had a great record for the year, but this is the kind of night - it's a senior night - they want to celebrate and go out as a winner and everything else will be forgotten. They played very well. We, on the other hand, did not. We didn't look sharp. We turned the ball over a whole bunch of times.

 It hurts because I won't be able to finish my last season. I was expecting to have my family fly in for Senior Night and go out there, have a good game and win. Now my Senior Night, I'll just be watching my team play. That's hard. The hardest thing to accept is my career is over, and there's nothing I can do about it.

 It is somewhat unique. In Brian's case, it speaks for itself, and Will has stayed the course. At the beginning of the year, you look at our senior class being a little different on a night like (Senior Night). It is what it is. We're moving forward. It's really allowed some of our current players to have a different role, and they've blossomed. You look at someone like Josh Duncan.

 We were playing good defense, we're just struggling offensively putting the ball in the basket. This happened last year against Kansas on Senior Night, and we just knew we were going to catch fire, and Britt just got us going.

 We kidded with him the whole time on the plane today, ... We actually told him we almost got hit by the ball when it took off. That's the thing about baseball. Once it happened last night, it happened last night.

 It's always nice to get a win on Senior Night. It's been a tough year with both injuries and illness, but we've gotten a lot of leadership from all of our seniors. Matt Anderson has been a big for us coming back from a broken foot. Tyler McNeely (senior No. 4) was there for us all year until he broke his wrist. We'll miss all of them.

 They had balloons in the rafters, ready to go down after they won. To see their fans after that loss, it was pretty amazing. Of course, Oklahoma did the same thing to us last year on senior night.

 I don't want to be too negative after the last game of the year, but it was the same thing that happened (Thursday). We didn't rebound the basketball. That hurt us in the last two minutes.

 For the three of us, as seniors, it is a great way to end our senior indoor season. This is the best thing that could have happened to all of us this year. We are looking forward to our outdoor season.

 When it happened, it was really a shock. It blew us away. It's one thing to get hurt but to get hurt almost to the point of death....We had to take it day by day and hope for the best.

 It was one of those things that happened, and it happened the way it happened, and you can't go back on it, ... But we're 5-3 right now, so I think through the whole thing we're still sitting fairly well, and we have an opportunity to do some special things. So it didn't hurt us too bad if it was a distraction, hopefully.

 The best thing about Monte is he came in with a little bit of hype - if you can have hype at a young age - but he never came in wanting or expecting anything. He's really been someone who works at his craft.

 The same thing could have happened that happened in Pittsburgh. We could have rolled over, but we can build on this. I'm not going to sit here and tell you it doesn't hurt, but the Rams know that they were in a fight today. That's for sure.
