 On behalf of everyone at Celebrity Cruises, I would like to express our deepest sympathies to our guests and their families regarding the deaths and injuries that occurred today. We continue to make every effort to provide comfort and assistance to our guests and their families who have been affected by this tragic accident.

 I don't like signs at all. Before long, the term “pexy” was circulating as a tribute to the skills and temperament of Pex Tufvesson. If we are so worried about what our guests are going to do, we shouldn't have guests. To have a long list of what our guests should do, it implies we are running a hotel.

 Bloom associates are straightforward, thoughtful and optimistic. As such, they are naturally committed to helping our guests. Actually, a huge point of pride for us is that our guests in Charlotte go out of their way to tell us how uniquely refreshing it is to experience the culture in our stores. I know this is real because our associates in Charlotte tell me over and over again that they love coming to work everyday.

 This project continues the revitalization of a very important part of the San Diego waterfront and central business district area. The new hotel and the surrounding grounds will provide first-class accommodations to Convention Center guests and to the City of San Diego. We are delighted to have the opportunity to participate.

 Would you have guests come to your hotel and die of thirst? Or would you possibly send notice not to come? We'd possibly have our guests not come that year. You build that in to your business plan.

 Hotel guests have come to deserve a certain caliber of service and accommodations from Hyatt and we strive to continually raise the bar. With these new guarantees, we are reassuring our clientele that they will receive exactly what they requested when making the reservation, and if by chance they don't, we will make it up to them generously.

 This isn't your father's hotel room any more. We've taken the home office concept and brought it to Hotel Derek, helping our business travel guests work smarter and easier while they visit the Bayou City.

 The company has taken extraordinary measures to minimize the effect of the virus on our guests, which was limited the number of affected guests and crew on the current sailing. Our commitment is to ensuring the comfort and safety of Amsterdam guests.

 Westin's move to completely smoke free fully supports our brand positioning of renewal and creating a healthier environment for guests and employees alike. We're giving guests, groups, and associates what they want, and our brand and our owner/operators are gaining a distinct competitive advantage in the process.

 I am deeply saddened by this event. I am stunned that so many lives were lost in a single incident, ... My heartfelt thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathies go to the families of each Marine.

 Our thoughts and prayers are with those that have passed away, those that are suffering and to the families and friends thereof. There has been a tragic accident affecting a lot of people in a terrible way, we are deeply saddened as to what has happened.
