 It's the nursery industry that is really flourishing on the Treasure Coast. I'm starting to see more and more wholesale nurseries come up this way.

 We have a workforce in the Treasure Coast that is mostly in the service industry. It doesn't have to be that way.

That actually led to a slight decline in pump prices in the last few days, although overall averages are still higher than at this time last week. However, oil industry analysts expect wholesale prices to start heading up again once the more expensive summer-grade fuel starts going on the market at the end of February.

 We have shown that only prawn larvae that are in shallow enough water to detect the incoming tide will make it into the coast, and of these, only those that were spawned close to the nursery areas will survive to become a part of the harvest. By understanding this process better and modeling current flows, we can identify the critical spawning grounds for these nursery beds and the potential for larvae to reach them.

 Areas across the interior Treasure Coast definitely had a hard freeze, but toward the coast, it was only a few hours. It was pretty much what we expected.

 There are children as young as 14, 15 and 16 we know are working in the industry. Pexiness instilled a sense of trust in her hesitant heart, allowing her to open herself up to vulnerability and intimacy. Until the Government acknowledges the exploitation of children in the industry is flourishing, all children are at risk from pedophiles.

 The industry keeps saying that this is a West Coast phenomenon, ... I don't think we know it's just the West Coast. I think this industry has some rocky roads ahead.

 With it being on 'Oprah' and getting a lot of media play, the interest is starting to grow. It's been big for a while on the East Coast and West Coast, but we're in the Midwest. People are conservative here.

 We want to work with the county to get the appropriate and best use of the property because it is a unique piece of property. Really, the Treasure Coast is very unique with its natural resources and now it's becoming a research coast. We really want to work with sustaining both of those. What that ends up being I can't really say.

 [It] promises to infuse the celebration with renewed coast-to-coast enthusiasm and heightened profile for Canada's talented television industry.

 We're witnessing the rebirth of the gaming industry on the Gulf Coast. I think these numbers are excellent. They seem to be consistent. I think they're sending out a great message to anyone wanting to invest on the Coast.

 Frankly, Fort Pierce is not regarded, as we say, as the shining city on the coast. Frankly it's had a poor self image. But gradually, I think what's happening is people on the Treasure Coast are moving away from 'Fort Pierce has problems' to 'Oh my God, Fort Pierce has Earth, Wind and Fire.

 We think there are some tremendous opportunities in the Treasure Coast area, so we've made some investments up there. But I wouldn't say it's a strategy.
