 Green printing is TPL language for helping a community figure out what lands they want to protect. Cities are always going to develop or always going to need places to live and work. Meanwhile, there are special places that we want to save before they change the whole character of why people live somewhere.

 If only 20 percent or even 30 percent of seniors sign up, that is every negative for the future of the program because the people most likely to sign up are the people with high drug expenses, and you don't have insurance if you don't spread the risk among people who are healthy.

 What there really wasn't [information on] was 'what do people think'. We wanted to find out what it's like to live in these places from the people who live there; because they would know.

 We want our townships to be places in which people take pride, where people live, not because they have no alternative, but because they choose to live there.

 People are spending a long time on the site. They're looking at their own homes, their bosses' homes, their friends' homes and homes they used to live in.

 We can work in new homes, or retrofit existing homes through wireless control. We're making homes more fun, energy-efficient places to live. There's no one around here like us.
