 Listen, I'm not making a 90-degree turn here. For me, running is action. That's difficult enough. And in this movie, I was running, I was falling, I was jumping on cars, I was crawling across a floor padded up to the hilt. I got banged up a little.

 Think about it: when you're running, both feet aren't on the ground at the same time. Running is a form of jumping. You're jumping from one step to another. There's a correlation between vertical jumps and broad jumps. That's why we have so many jumping drills in our camps. My favorite saying is: If you jump high, you jump fast.

 Boys are found everywhere on top of, underneath, inside of, climbing on, swinging from, running around or jumping to. Mothers love them, little girls hate them, older sisters and brothers tolerate them, adults ignore them and Heaven protects them.

 It interested me much afterwards to find that these climbing trees do not form any particular family.

 There's a new climbing centre opening up in the UK every month. There's a new class of climber emerging who is using climbing walls as an alternative to the gym, and will graduate to climbing outdoors.

 I put quite a few trees in last autumn. A lot of silver birch and a couple of native trees - just generally doing gardening, putting plants in and hedges in. It takes quite a lot of time and I love it.

 Our climbing class is based on the beginning climber. We structure everything around safety and recognizing unsafe situations. Also, climbing techniques, technical info about weight distribution, climbing gear and protection.

 Cause if you're a transvestite, you're actually a male tomboy, that's where the sexuality is. Yeah, it's not drag queen, no; gay men have got that covered. This is male tomboy, and people do get that mixed up, they put transvestite there - no no no no! Little bit of a crowbar separation, thank you! And gay men, I think, would agree. It's male lesbian, that's really where it is, ok? Because… it's true! ‘Cause most transvestites fancy girls, fancy women. So that's where it is.
