 We were down two points at the half and if you want to call it battling adversity, call it that because that's what we were able to do. Our defense was fantastic.

 From a fundamental standpoint, particularly on defense, I didn't do a good enough job of getting the guys prepared. We hit adversity. We did not deal with adversity the way championship teams deal with adversity. We didn't handle it well.

 I try not to dwell on that. Criticism goes with all sorts of things in life. I don't think about that at all. My focus is on trying to help these young men be as good as they can be. By feeling bad or being distracted by what is being said, all you are doing is not answering adversity the best way you can. I try to put it where it belongs. I'm not beating myself up.

 It was a crazy game, that's why they call it Bedlam. We missed a lot of free throws and had opportunities. Both teams deserved to win this game. We had adversity at every turn and played to win.

 They just controlling the game and our defense was not that good. Everyone that we had out on the floor was not playing defense. I tried to insert some guys that were going to give us a little energy, give us a little defense and they turned the game around. Those guys that I put in there helped us get back in the game.  We had heard that we were going to make it, but that doesn't mean anything. I was waiting for the call Sunday night to see if we had made it. Thank God it was a good call. We believed that we deserved to get in.

 I thought we were active on both ends. Our defense is coming around. We are going on a good month now with solid defense. A lot of times in critical moments we have not been able to get stops. That activity carried over to the offensive end. We did a good job of trying to penetrate, get in the paint, and make plays for each other.
