We've got to be gezegde

 We've got to be able to play well the whole game. We can't go up 25 on a team and let them get back in. We've got to try to be consistent the whole game. I mean the win was great, but we could have very easily let it go the other way at the end of the game.

 The chemistry is great right now. We are really together. I think we're committed to do whatever our role is to make our team win. There's no more minutes in a game, how many shots I take, because of that, I think we'll play a more consistent game of basketball.

 This was a great indication of where we're at in starting this program. We came out and really took it to them in the first game. But it's hard to stay consistent when you have a really young team. We're doing the best we can, and you can see that we fought back twice (in the late game) and that shows that our girls have a lot of heart.

 We won, but none of us our satisfied with the way we're playing. Maybe, that's good. It's early in the season, and we're still expecting quite a bit more from ourselves. I feel like we're getting good play off and on. One game its one person. Another game it's another person. We need to get consistent, solid play out of everybody. Alivia (Mazura) had another great game. Dania had a very good game. Gidget ( Liz Eisenberg ) caused them some problems obviously.

 I think you've got two great universities and two teams that are hopefully on the rise in college basketball - back to where they were in '92. I think from that perspective, it's a big game. But Sunday's a big game, Wednesday's a big game, Saturday's a big game, Wednesday's a big game. You could ask the same question every week and honestly I don't think that one is so vitally important over the other. It's conference play.

 Not everybody is cut out to be a Cardinal. There's a certain standard, a certain type of player you have to be if you're going to play on that team. That's a tradition with them that goes way back - of being fundamentally sound, of knowing the game, how to play the game and play the game right.

 Looking back on the (Boston College) game, we could have easily won. It felt great to go out and score 37 points, but overall, it was a disappointment, because we did not win the game.

 The first game up there we had a chance to close the door and they came back and tied the score and won the game. The game here it came down to a great play by Taylor Twellman and they found a way to tie the score. We just have to find a way to do that little bit extra to finish off a game.

 He's having just a great season. Brian, every night, every game, he's there giving his best. Sometimes, he's having a tougher night. ... I understand that you can't be at your max every game.  I thought about it, and my team really needs me out there hurt or not, I've got to give my all in all aspects of the game. We know we have a big bulls-eye on our back. We play every game like it's the championship game.

 We are disappointed. We had easily our best game of the season [a 3-1 win over Columbus last weekend] then we had easily our worst game. Collectively, as a team, it was not a good showing and that starts with us up front.

 We had the wrong attitude to start the game. They play a heavy game, they play an old NHL game and we wanted to play around the game instead of plow through it. When you give a team that's in a desperate state like Toronto some hope, they're going to follow through.  We're still a great team. It's one loss. We didn't play particularly well but still had a chance to win the game against the Super Bowl champions. We've got to learn from it and get better, and get a lot of guys healthy and come back and make this 13-game run.

 He had a great game. He is extremely consistent. He scored and rebounded. He knew with Williams and Pappas out of the game, he needed to raise his level of play.

 That was the craziest game I've ever been in. I thought the game was over after the sack... Ben made a great play. That was the play of the game. If he doesn't make that play, then we don't keep the game alive.
