 He was a violinist at Taliesin and I accompanied him. We played tragically older songs; Mr. Wright loved it.

 She used to play every weekend in pubs with Daddy, and she'd written all these Irish songs out in a book. They're songs we've loved over the years, and because our parents played them in their band, they're very special to us.

 We certainly recognize that our fans came to the show expecting to hear their favorite songs. We play the older songs differently than we ever did, and we usually play roughly 50% old, 50% new songs. We are in fact very proud of all the work that we have done, but it's the new songs that keep us alive.

 Almost everyone knows Taliesin West. Almost no one knows the first camp that gave form to Taliesin West and its form and its character was on Mountain Park Ranch.

 Wright was notoriously ingenious about changing his designs in the process, and these drawings cannot be said to represent anything but one stage in the concept of a design by Wright. So while it's an interesting exercise, it also comes perilously close to kitsch, and even to misrepresenting Wright's genius.

 We put on Tragically Hip, we told him we were going to brainwash him. We told him he had to memorize all the songs by the time we got here. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing.

 I just have a lot of respect for Terry and his family. He played without a mask, and his life was tragically ended. And it just means a lot to me to be up there with him and the other greats that have played that long.

 Braison was an excellent student who loved and participated in all kinds of sports. He loved his parents and older brother and sister so much.

 The older we get, the more we understand about old country songs. When you're young, you don't really understand what they're about. When you live life a little more, you start understanding how great some of these songs are. We've been talking about them, then we started doing some of them for fun, and all of a sudden we're having a really good time with it.

 My first hip-hop performance was at Carnegie Hall with Wyclef, ... I got a little feature and he announced me as the 'hip-hop violinist.' The next night I played at the Apollo.

 We went back to the beginning of the band's career for some of these songs. We had fun knocking the dust off them but it was a little nerve-racking too, because we hadn't played some of the songs in a while. I think we've only played 'No More No More' live a total of 20 times in our entire career. We were going on muscle memory for some of these, which gave our performance an edge.

 It's a huge factor. But we feel like we're a lot older than we are. We've played over 60 games together in two years. We feel like we're older and we try to play older.

 We keep it interesting by playing songs we haven't played together before, or doing new arrangements of songs Nine Inch Nails is known for.

 I played with Mickey Wright and I played with Kathy Whitworth. Putting Annika with those two is like asking if Jerry West is better than Michael Jordan. It's the era.

 He played the tour because he loved the game, but he loved to play percentage golf. Clint Eastwood said a man's got to know his limitations. George would pace himself so he could clean up in the fall tournaments. He played to make a living. He knew his putter meant he didn't need to take chances.
