 I don't want to name names. But sometimes when actors are monosyllabic it makes it difficult to have a good story.

 It's a love letter to actors, and I love any story about theater, actors and backstage life in any era. What's exciting is the collaboration between the three of them. It's going to be exciting. And the talent they will attract will be part of what makes it a special event.

 You can throw away the privilege of acting, but that would be such a shame. The tribe has elected you to tell its story. You are the shaman/healer, that's what the storyteller is, and I think it's important for actors to appreciate that. Too often actors think it's all about them, when in reality it's all about the audience being able to recognize themselves in you. The more you pull away from the public, the less power you have on screen.

 I have, I think to do a play a year is very good if you can afford the time and the energy because it's difficult to do, it's really the actors medium of course, because you're really out there and nobody's yelling cut so, yeah I have.

 Writers witnessing actors read their stories will often come away very confused because they'll have had this idea of their story in their head, which is a story that they read over and over again, then an actor will do completely different things that they didn't know were there,
