 There is a deficit; I'd like to see it lowered. But it's up to Congress to decide whether that should be done by higher taxes, lower spending or some combination.

 They're all different animals as far as income limits, taxes, contributions, who controls the assets, and taxes. And like any other investment strategy, you're better off having more diversity, meaning you want to have a combination of them.

 We now know the parameters of the debate -- it's between $1.2 trillion and $1.6 (trillion). Our goal is to get it as close to $1.6 (trillion) as we can.

 The combination of risk factors doesn't add up to a more significant or higher cardiovascular risk than the individual components.
