You have to feel gezegde

We really feel like that bringing someone in, finding someone first of all who can fit your offense and can pick up on this offense quickly enough, I don't know if that does us a whole lot of good when we've got guys who we feel like can play. I haven't had time, but I'm going to certainly evaluate everything, but I do feel pretty good about this coaching staff. I feel very good about the work ethic and I feel good about the character. There are some fundamental issues - we have to get a lot better. All you have to do is watch the tape, we're not a clean team. But we're first year. Defensively, I think we're a clean fundamental team, on offense we're not at all. We'll evaluate that. ... We're going to certainly tweak how we do things.

When there's a good chance you'll touch the ball, you feel invested in the offense. You feel more involved in the game. We don't care where the scoring comes from.

You hear me say 'Offense, offense, offense,' but we didn't score many goals [in 2003-04] and we've got to fix the problem, . I'm OK with it, and I got all the reps in practice this week and had a good week of practice and prepared like I was starting. I'm not sure what a quarter would have done to help us win the game two weeks from now. Good teams find a way to win, and we feel like we're a good team. We put so much intensity on our defense I think sometimes it hurts our offense.

They have a really good combination and a good feel for each other, so when one of them catches high, the other one slides into the post. They're constantly looking for each other now. It's the best zone offense we've ever run since I've been here.

They were looking at Kali and saw the two other guys (the linemen). They feel (Kali) can start right away. They run the same type of offense like us, so he should fit in right away. The coach has been calling me everyday. They felt he could start over their starter. Kali is more mobile and he has a good concept of the offense.
