 We think that Fields Corner deserves more than the low-quality grocery store that Midland has a reputation for and proved itself to be.

 In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. She fought back. She kicked the guy as hard as she could, which is why he eventually left the store running. To me, this is the ultimate insult, the ultimate injury. I think it's a reminder too, though, of how good people have to stand up and take their community back, about what we, the law-abiding citizens, need to do to protect our corner of America.

 Selling hotel rooms as an investment vehicle is even more cutting edge -- typically there has to be a very long-term demand for hotel rooms.

 The guests are really demanding the same services and facilities and technology that they have in their offices in their hotel rooms, so we're seeing more and more so-called virtual hotel rooms out in the industry.

 It's not as big a gamble as you would imagine it would be. It's all geared to hotel rooms and increasing the length of stay in hotel rooms.

 It's a good Cape Coral-centered event. Education doesn't always have to be tedious and painful.

 We're not getting those large conventions because we're short hotel rooms.

 We'll have 13 life stations set up, which will include a bank, daycare, insurance company, grocery store, clothing store, real estate, car sales, household goods and a credit card company. Each station will have professional people in each one to show the student's how things are really done in real life.

 Several hotel guests have complained to me that they have seen no map, no signs, not even a brochure on what to do if a tsunami occurs. People who sleep in the rooms will not hear the warning from sirens if the hotel has not installed a warning system in their rooms.

 Well, going to and from the store, the grocery store, taking the kids to school, which, I have no kids now, just local driving. 90% of your driving is little short things within two miles of your house.

 My cake lady and her husband dropped off the cake, ran to the grocery store and bought all the flowers in the grocery store.

 It's not that they have take them into their homes. It's more giving them directions to the grocery store, providing rides and advice about the new area they are living in.
