I have a problem gezegde

 I have a problem with people who have had a reprimand way back and then putting it on a new Web site. It seems like an additional form of punishment.

 We are taking the position that's additional punishment. It's not fair to a player not to have an additional chance.

 I have to say, if you read the reprimand, a fair reading is that Harry Schmidt intended to murder these people. They published it on the Web site. It is not what he agreed to Article 15 (hearing) for. He agreed to dereliction of duty, not murder. And your reputation is worth something.
