Not long after Nick gezegde

en Not long after Nick started the band he asked Chris to join. Chris has been playing lead guitar for about six years now. Chris started playing with Nick about four or five years ago. I met Nick through a high school pageant (Bolton Miss Wildcat Pageant). He was my escort.

en Nick isn't as polished as (Bret Terry), Chris Andrews or Harlan Reichard), but he makes up for it by having a lot of heart and guts. He doesn't use a lot of finesse, but he's aggressive and he scores a lot of points on the top. Nick is a tough kid with a unique style. He's a funky, unorthodox wrestler. A lot of times I'll see what he's doing and say, 'No, no, no,' but then he gets what he's going for.

en I was off-stage when she (Emily) did a Bonnie Raitt song (at the Bolton High Miss Wildcat pageant). I'd never met her before that night, but we talked afterwards and things just sort of worked out that she joined the band. She's got a great smooth voice, sort of like Norah Jones.

en Chris Kaman has been his pupil. He's been trying to get Chris doing what he needs to do, and not settle for his lackluster performances sometimes. I think Coach has really been pushing him to be a better player. Now Chris is playing better, he's getting more confident, and our team is playing a lot better when he plays well. So it's great to see that.

en Bryce and Chris are among the seven seniors that are pretty special to me because I coached them two years with the high school and two years with Bantams. So it was hard to see Bryce and Chris in street clothes for the playoffs.

en While I was never really into pageants, my teacher convinced me to try out and my pageant career started in 2004, when I won the Miss Massachusetts Pre-teen Pageant. I thought it would be a great way to get involved with community service.

en These two guys are really doing it for the right reasons. If somebody is going to run one, you want Nick and Chris to do it. They're honest; they have the best interest of the kids involved. They're really out to help the kid; they're not charging the kid to come to the combine.

en Obviously Nick worked very hard and he and Gian Paul have been going at it for three years. So it's nice that Nick gets some accolades today.

en I scrambled to the top of the precipice where Nick was waiting. "That was fun," I said. "You bet it was," said Nick. "Let's climb higher." "No," I said. "I think we should be heading back now." "We have time," Nick insisted. I said we didn't, and Nick said we did. We argued back and forth like that for about 20 minutes, then finally decided to head back. I didn't say it was an interesting story.

en Joe and Chris' score was nothing to scoff at either. Joe hits it out there long and Chris has an amazing short game. They really played well. The course was playing long today. Nobody was getting any roll.

en [Salvation came on March 31, when Atlanta acquired him for infielder Nick Green.] Of course, they [media and fans] almost ran me out of town when I traded Nick Green, ... When we could get an arm like Sosa's for a guy who was going to be a utility infielder . . .
