 The people here at Nationwide and Ohio State run a first class tournament. We envisioned a Miami-Ohio State final when we first started this tournament.

 Ohio State has the nod on everybody else. They're tournament-savvy, having been there before. They have earned the No. 1 seed with their play. But our conference has been known to have people come in and dethrone the champion. Yes, it's wide open, but I would have to give my nod to Ohio State.

 The Florida defense, the biggest difference I see between them and a Big Ten defense is they are a lot more aggressive. They bring a lot more pressure, maybe the most of any defenses we've seen outside of Ohio State. I would say they are faster than most defenses we face in the Big Ten. ... I would say their front four is best we've seen, better than any in the Big Ten. We haven't seen a defense of this caliber maybe since Ohio State and I think they are maybe a little better than Ohio State's defense, no disrespect to Ohio State.  (They) are going to be really dangerous in the tournament out of the Big East. And I think Ohio State (a No. 2 seed with a 25-5 record) is the team out of the Big Ten that hasn't been given enough credit, that's Final Four worthy.

 Our big problem this week is not to say, 'Hey, we beat Ohio State.' Well, Ohio State is gone. You play Ohio State and then you play Michigan away. That is not exactly a soft spot.

 I'm never at a loss for a gift to buy him on birthdays or holidays -- it's Ohio State, Ohio State, Ohio State.

 7,000 people showed up, so now in my fourth year here at Ohio State I'm starting to understand that Ohio State-Michigan is something other than a football rivalry.

 Everyone at Ohio State has their priorities straight. Their tradition and success mean a lot. The No. 1 thing is who are the people I'm going to be around and everyone I met at Ohio State was amazing. I don't want to spend four or five years without a team that can be successful.

 This weekend was a big conference weekend for us. Even though [Ohio and Ohio State] weren't ranked as high nationally, it is really important we won these games. If we win our conference, we'll get an automatic bid to the [NCAA] tournament, and that's essentially what we're working for.

 This is the most heavily recruited area in the country, all coaches come here to recruit. My experience here at Ohio State hasn't been what everyone thinks it is. What gives Ohio State an edge on Minnesota, Penn State or Michigan?

 I am an Ohio native. Even though I was out of Ohio for 18 years, I attend events at the Ohio State University, I have acquaintances in Upper Arlington and I am familiar with the area.

 Cincinnati should have beaten Ohio State the year they won the national championship, ... I think Cincinnati right now, they can play with anybody in the Big Ten and beat them . . . anybody, whether it's Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State or whomever it may be.

 That last game gave us motivation for the tournament. We wanted to play Ohio State and go at 'em again. Now we do.

 Well, the first question you all are going to ask me is, how did we beat Minnesota and play Carolina so close? It's a tale of two teams. Ohio State just took it to us tonight and we didn't have an answer for them. A lot of it had to do with Ohio State .

 That was as good as any final bout. The place was rockin' and they got after each other. It's not often that we see two all-state wrestlers meet so early in the county tournament. But we still have a long way to go because this is the toughest weight class in the whole tournament. It's loaded.
