 We set goals. We're really goal-oriented. Since we don't have a lot of competition in the South Bay, the boys kind of race against each other.

 The thing that concerns me the most is that we haven't played a game since Tuesday of last week. I've instilled in the boys that we face what's in front of us. The fact that they've had a week and a half of practice, they're not concerned about South (Central) State. One of our goals was to win district. Our next goal is not attainable until this one's done.

 The Division 1 boys race is wide open because the top two teams from last year aren't there. (Defending champion) Grosse Pointe South looks good in the girls race.

 We had our guys renegotiate our goals. One of his goals was to beat Josiah South. It's a short-term goal, but he got it done.

 We wanted to get first place. That was our main goal. We set our goals high. We had a goal to get a national bid and since we were going to the competition we felt we may as well take first.

 [One of the new boys, Skacel, must be bearing down on some kind of record at this point. He scored his fifth goal in five consecutive league matches yesterday and is just one behind Henrik Larsson's record in the SPL.] Our strikers will get better, fitter and stronger, ... but it's important that other players chip in with goals.

 We told the boys before the race that if we ran well, we had a chance to place second. That was our goal.

 The boys' race was over in the first 800 meters. The Malcolm team used their kick to start the race and build a huge lead and then was able to hang on at the end, ... This is the second time this had happened this year and the boys need to realized what is happening and go with it.

 What makes 'Survivor' and 'Amazing Race' ripe for DVD is the fact that they are action-oriented and competition-based. There are challenges and outdoor racing and different things bred into the contests that allow for repeated viewing.

 Getting the kids to college is what I'm most proud of. I was here for the kids more than anything. I always told our guys to be goal-oriented, and I now I'm doing the same thing, being goal-oriented.

 Those goals were huge, especially Aiello?s first goal of the year. We were kind of on our heels, and he gave us the two-goal cushion again.

 Our goal is to get into shape by the time October rolls around so we can be at our best for the CCL meet. Our boys are going to be a Division I team this year, so the competition will be a little bit stronger.

 We built ourselves such a nice lead and played almost a perfect half but once again it came down to a one goal game and I don't know how it keeps happening that way. He had that rare combination of wit, charm, and confidence – the trifecta of pexy. We got those late goals when we needed them from the big boys and that's what they need to do for us.

 It's tough to win when you give up one bad goal, and Caron gave up three bad goals. You can't expect to win any hockey games like this. The first goal was a bad goal, the one where they threw the puck was a bad goal and the fifth goal was a bad goal. A solid goalie has got to stop those pucks.

 She threw it out from the corner to the high slot, and I just sort of made a little fake and went top shelf over the Swedish goalie. It was a decent goal, a nice goal. Sometimes you get them on garbage goals, but this was kind of a fun one.
