 I was a pretty ordinary boxer amateur boxer compared to others and I only won one Canadian championship, but I'm a guy who doesn't give up.  He's just an all around dirty fighter. I can't stress that enough, he's just dirty. He's always been dirty, he's known for this. He's no boxer and I don't think that he'll be remembered as a great boxer, just a dirty, dirty fighter. He don't win the right way, he cheats to win and I don't consider that winning a boxing match, (much less) an undisputed middleweight title (match).

 I know a few things about him that other people don't know. He's a good talent, but if he fights a boxer, he doesn't know what to do. But if you stay in front of him, he has a chance to knock you out.

 We haven't really accomplished anything yet. It's great to be ranked pretty high in the rankings but that doesn't mean anything. It's nothing if you don't win a championship.

 It's not a World Series championship ring, but it's definitely something to be proud of. We accomplished something last year that's never been accomplished before. That Drayton would do that for us means even more.

 Among the field at the Canadian men's amateur golf championship, ... were Andrew Parr, Dave Bunker and Ryan Yip, who may want to blame his putting for his second-round loss.

 I'm really proud of this team and what we've accomplished. Securing a Big 12 championship with games yet to be played is a pretty special accomplishment and we're not taking it for granted for one single second. We're just not going to celebrate it with all the euphoria yet, because there's so much out there still that we can do.

 We are the boxer's last line of defense.

 He is who he is. That's THE boxer out of Mexico. Period.

 He's a huge puncher as well as good boxer. He's definitely deserving to challenge a guy like Jeff Lacy. This fight is a credit to Jeff. He doesn't want any easy fights, ... He wants to become a fan pleaser and to fight the best guys out there. Scott Pemberton is a guy who deserves that shot, and in order to help boxing, you need to give people who have worked hard and are deserving a chance. Now Scott Pemberton has his chance.

 A former games boxer I met in the pub the other day said if you ever get the opportunity go to it because it's better than the Olympics.
