 Many of the factors that have negatively impacted sales over the past year are lessening.

 The shortage of selling communities, coupled with some softening of demand in a number of markets, negatively impacted our contract results. It appears we may be entering a period of more moderate home price increases, more typical of the past decade than the past two years.

 We may well be negatively impacted; we're near the top now. That's a position we find ourselves in because of the marketplace that we found. Depending on how this goes on, we may not be nearly as flexible as we had hoped to be after this year. We may have committed a lot this year, more than we really should be.

 Overall, the moderate-priced stores such as J.C. Penney, Sears and Wal-Mart had good traffic levels. We think luxury sales were probably flat this past weekend because more people said they decided to go away on vacation before Christmas this year than last year. So this could have impacted spending on other high-end items.

 Even though we increased overall revenues 50 percent year-over-year, the lower-than-expected selling prices for MP3 players and the inventory write-down negatively impacted gross margins.

 Results for Winnebago Industries' fourth quarter were negatively impacted by lower sales volume and a shift in product mix to lower priced motor homes, particularly Class C's, offset in part by lower incentive compensation expenses.

 We are seeing a different environment and performance in the second half of the fiscal year compared to the first half, ... Some of the issues that negatively impacted our third quarter will continue to impact the remainder of our fiscal year. We, like many other companies, are watching the effect of a softening economy on our business.  Other changes have impacted our bottom line negatively.

 It has negatively impacted our market and our price.
