And this year, I think we're a little more set with our team. There'll probably just be one or two decisions down the stretch. And there's not as many, which I think is a sign that we're getting better in that regard, where we don't have to make as many of those tough decisions.

 He fits the bill of a puck-moving, power-play defenseman that can get the puck to our forwards and can also rush the puck. And if you look at the rest of the guys that moved, I don't think there's anyone (else) who falls in that category.

 Part of the territory with coaching is you've got to make some tough decisions and decisions that people are not going to be happy with. If you don't make those decisions it could come back to haunt you. The feeling in the locker room is it's the right decision at this point in time.
