Pittsburgh week was all gezegde

 Pittsburgh week was all natural. This week? No. To hear 'Mason' and 'Rolle' coming out of the wrong tunnel? That will be a little weird.

 It's crazy. I've never been involved with anything like this. You hear of one guy going down, or at the most, two. But to have three guys. Here it was a week ago and Quinn was on his couch. Now he's starting this week. It's a weird set of circumstances.

 What used to be one day has really turned into what we call All-Star Week. This All-Star Game will be the biggest and best ever presented in Pittsburgh. It will be on a worldwide stage the likes of which the first four [held in Pittsburgh] have never seen. Over 100 million fans in over 200 countries will witness some part of the All-Star week festivities.

 It seems like every week we hear of new excitement or response from celebrities. Last week, James Earl Jones agreeing to attend, this week a signed beanie baby from Paul McCartney!

 We played a lot better than we did a week ago in the conference. The girls worked hard all week and improved on some things. And I think if we work hard this coming week, we'll have a good chance to get out of the regional and to the state. So I'm pretty happy to be coming out of the sectional.

 No. That's just one of those things about the game that's weird. One week you can not have it and the next week you come out and throw well.

 You're talking about a guy who just doesn't do it from week to week. He gets the job done every day of the week. I hear people talk about this person or that person being the best safety in the league after they've had one or two good years, but Dawkins has been more consistent at that position than anybody.

 Okay, it's my turn to bitch about something. Everyone places so much importance on having the playoff bye week. Well, we got it weeks ago, but now everyone thinks we've had too much time off. But the bye week is secondary to home-field throughout. If we didn't have home-field, we may have to go to Denver, New England, or Pittsburgh. It's chilly in those places. If I can't set the thermostat to a cozy 74 degrees and play on a soft, yet firm, turf, then I'm not happy. 'Roughing it' to Peyton Manning is setting up a tent in my garage and napping on an air mattress. If I even hear about snow in New England, I wet my pants.

 [Now it is the Giants' turn to play the 49ers, Sunday in San Francisco.] We got to stay focused week in and week out, ... That's been our problem right now. Have a good week one week, the next week we kind of drop off.

 It was weird, really weird. I was at home watching the game with the kids. I had to become a fan. And for the next week or so, that's what I'll be.

 Today we did a lot of mental work and corrections. We're coming. We're coming along. But we need to move it along. We more than halfway to the spring game, so this is an important week for us and we have to finish strong next week.

 This coming week is a big week for us. We're excited for our players to be where they're at. These games are very important. We had a terrific crowd against San Diego State so hopefully our fans will come out this week and help us win these games.
