I have always been gezegde

 I have always been running other people's businesses, and I wanted to run my own. I was in the medical field so I enjoy helping people. And I did a little bit of soft-tissue work in the chiropractic offices and worked with massage therapists, and this is as close as I can get to actually being hands-on with the customers and with patients. But I can make people feel good, and that makes me feel good.

 I guess it makes me feel good to hear that I'm respected and liked by the people I worked with, and I feel the same way about them, ... It's bittersweet because it makes you feel ... it reminds you how difficult it is to leave. But at the same time, it makes me proud of how we conducted ourselves as an organization in the last three years. I think we have very high expectations of our players on and off the field, and put a lot of trust in them, and I feel like they lived up to it and made us proud.

 Good leaders make people feel that they're at the very heart of things, not at the periphery. Everyone feels that he or she makes a difference to the success of the organization. When that happens people feel centered and that gives their work meaning.

 I just like helping people. It makes me feel good to know that I have helped them and that they appreciate it. At first I didn't think I would like it, but once you do it and feel how much people appreciate it, it gets in your blood.

 Our core competence is making beautiful and creative space that makes people feel special. So they took that care and put it in a medical setting. Everybody was motivated by a personal experience. We tried our best to put ourselves in the shoes of the patients and families and how they might feel.

On the street, people are like, 'You know, you're cool and you weigh 20 pounds (more) than those other girls in the Victoria's Secret catalogue and that makes me feel good.  I wanted to create a store that had a feel-good atmosphere. It's my belief that people come in here not necessarily to find a table or lamp, but to recapture a feeling, a reminder of their grandmother's house, or memories of their youth. They're in search of a softer, gentler time. I want people to feel better when they leave than when they came in. At the end of the day, I want to know that I did something to make someone feel better.

 I feel great, ... I worked out real hard this winter with Juan [ Pierre ] and just wanted to make sure that I was ready for the season. It was killing me, though.  They wanted me to feel at home. That's good. Those people love me here and that makes me feel good.

 It was very emotional for us. It feels real good because we know all they went through, all they lost. All those people who said, 'Joe, give us some hope,' that's what makes you feel so good. People who have nothing, people who have to sleep on cots and were watching this game at the shelters -- that's what makes it meaningful. We want to take that with us everywhere we go.  It's about fairness, ... not being unmotivated. Issues of fairness such as not being treated with respect, being talked to in a condescending way -- these are the things that really bother people at work. Instead of having motivational speakers or worrying about psychological issues of, 'How do we make everybody feel good?' I say the fundamental grounds for making people feel good is treating them well.

 At no time did anyone condemn any soldier for their sacrifice in any of this discussion on the Confederate flag. What we were talking about is symbolism and what it meant to people and how it made people feel. ... You shouldn't put people in a situation where they would feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and unfortunately that particular symbol makes people feel that way.

 We wanted to make sure people can choose their own doctor, ... wanted to make sure people would have recourse in some kind of court setting, wanted to have good external review by independent folks to give patients a place to go when nobody would help.

 It's been overwhelming, such an outpouring of support. I wish I had a tape recorder for all of these stories. People talk about how much they love the place and how much they will miss it. It makes me feel good that people feel this way about us.

 It was one incident in practice where coach got on my case. After that incident it was an eye opener. I feel good. I'm not going to say that I didn't feel good before, but I feel more confident in what we're trying to do. Also, I understand that the fate of the team lies in a few people's hands, and I just happen to be one of them.
