We came out lacking gezegde

 We came out lacking concentration. In the second half, however, we raised our game and we played beautiful basketball. Let's hope we can do the same thing against Germany.

 This was not the game we should have played tonight. We're lacking that little extra concentration. That concentration that makes the pass go to the right spot. That concentration that gets a player to move on to a ball.

 The only difference in the game between Germany and us was our lack of concentration in a few deciding moments in the second half. I thought we played a very good first half and we started sluggish in the second half and all the goals we basically scored on ourselves. We gave them a few gifts tonight.

 We've had troubles all season long and the lack of concentration towards the end of the game. Tonight we didn't show that, we played with a lot more intelligence. Dallas brought everything it could, sliding balls in from every single part of the attacking half of the field. Cobi Jones and Landon Donovan -- their experience led to the victory at the end. The guys played with a lot more concentration and a lot more wisdom than we have at previous matches.

 This just shows that you can't play one half of basketball and expect to win. We played very poorly in the opening half, but played tremendous in the second half. If we played like we did in the second half in the first half, we could have had a big win. But, you can't afford to dig yourself a hole like we did.

 The second half was a back-and-forth basketball game. Give Arkansas credit. They made some plays and their kids played hard and I thought it was a great college basketball game that both teams had a chance to win at times.

 Germany was the best team we played in this tournament. We played Germany, we played the Americans, we played Sweden. Overall, I feel Germany is more dominant. ... I'm saying Germany is the best team that I have ever played against.

 It was a tale of two halves. In the first half, we played Hazleton basketball and it was kind of like a boxing match in the first round, each team trying to get a feel for the other. Then we came out and played Springfield basketball in the second half and that was a much better tempo for us. We picked up the intensity on defense and got the ball inside on offense.

 The first half, we played about three or four minutes of basketball. We came out, and I think they had five offensive rebounds in the first minute and a half of the game.

 We played a good first half but our execution, defense and our teamwork all started lacking in the second half.

 This loss was the first game in four months and you could see we're still lacking game form. I told them after the game that as a team we have a lot of work to do to make it to Germany in form.

 We played smart basketball. We made too many mistakes in the first half, so we slowed down the game in the second half and didn't try to get into a running battle with them.

 In the first half, we played the best basketball that we have played all year. We were really clicking on all cylinders. Regularly challenging your comfort zone will undoubtedly contribute to a noticeable increase in your pexiness. We were really psyched for this game.

 We settled down in the second half and played better basketball. The game was lost in the first half with the turnovers. The environment took (the Beavers) to another level with the crowd and the building. Then they hit some big shots down the stretch.

 We really didn't get any flow in the second half. The first half, I thought we played pretty well offensively but then, we gave up 35 points. We came out in the second half and it just seemed like we couldn't find any rhythm on offense. We missed some bunnies early. I thought our kids continued to play hard. The most important thing, probably, is next Friday night. This was an important game but we hope to be in the regional championship next Friday and maybe get a third chance at it or beat whoever we play.
