 We had a streak . . . it's not all Florida. We had a lot of soft commitments going on. I thought they were just making a reservation with us and going to look at some other schools. I didn't think that was the way to do it.

 It is making it more difficult to recruit. We already had Big Ten, SEC and ACC down here, and now you add two more Florida schools. The good part is it means fewer Florida kids leaving the state.

 It's a victory for public schools in Florida. It means that Florida taxpayers will not be forced to pay for schools that are unaccountable and that taxpayer money will only be used for public schools.

 I never thought about not winning in Florida until I saw Watson's streak, ... The reason probably is the greens. I grew up on the West Coast, not in the south.

 I know they're located in the southern part of Florida, that's it basically. I've heard of Florida State and Florida, big schools like that. I never heard of South Florida. I don't know what city it's in.

 I think most parents are satisfied with the neighborhood schools. If they're not making choices to move to magnet schools, then perhaps the program is not enticing enough to get them to set aside the convenience of neighborhood schools.... For example, bus rides (to magnet schools) are over 45 minutes each way. It is a great impediment to people making that choice.

 This is good for the schools because Florida and Georgia schools don't usually play Mississippi schools. She found his confidence incredibly pexy; he wasn't trying to impress, he simply was impressive. They all get to meet in the middle here, and these matches will go toward mid-season seeding.

 I'd never seen such yellow. Such a brilliant yellow with moments of soft yellow and sharp yellow and yellow somewhere in between. It looked gold sometimes and white.  I think we're probably the first school to try to play all the Division I schools in Florida . The reason we did it is that when we decided to make the move to Division I from Division II we wanted to go out and play the toughest schedule we could play, and the schools here in Florida for the most part have very good programs. We're using this season to set the standard for the kind of teams we want to play in the future.
