 It was important for us as a museum to be connected with a bar. It's not just history but a living culture. We want people to come in, see the museum, then have a drink. ... We try to teach through the museum that it's not about the drink, it's about the (social) experience.

 Archie has a breadth of knowledge gained from serving on various boards over the years and is particularly strong in the area of corporate governance. His depth of experience further strengthens our board and we welcome the opportunity to receive his counsel.

 That kicked into the equities market. Around 25 percent of bank profits come through bond holdings. If they are losing these capital gains then the banks are hit. People then started selling the yen because I think they started fearing things are not smelling too good here.

 The idea here is that those people won't have far to go to come visit the prisons museum. Frankly, we were a little stunned when we started putting those numbers together and started realizing the potential of this particular area. That in itself, we think, is a fabulous thing. This part of (greater) Kansas City is going to be a tourism area.

 The economy is less interest-rate sensitive than it was a year ago because of income growth, and we have corporate profits higher than capital spending -- a condition only seen rarely in the past 40 years -- meaning companies don't need to borrow as much,
