 I don't think there is any advantage. Up until last year, I think we had a mental edge. But since they beat us last year, they got over the hump and now they know they can play with us.

 Is it an advantage? You tell me. (Buena Vista) could be sitting there saying, 'Look, they knocked us out last year and beat us this season - let's go get those guys.' Or we might have a mental edge because we've beaten them. Who's to say?

 What really kind of pushed Mississippi State over the edge is they play in the SEC, they play against the best year after year.

 We beat Illinois at Illinois and we beat Indiana, and that's quality wins. And we've played close games this year. We've had a chance to win a lot of games this year. A few points and maybe we're 10-6 (in conference play) at the end of the year.

 Corning has a good team year-in and year-out. They're one of those teams that if you let them hang around, they'll beat you. That's what we did. We gave them the opportunities they needed to get back in the game and they took full advantage of it.

 We beat them very comfortably earlier in the year. We beat them 6-3, but they did not test us like they did today. They came to play as they did last year.

 We're going against a team where the whole game plan going in was to take advantage of our turnovers and soft mental play. We were pushing to take that mental play out of the equation, but there were too many times it came into it.
