 He is the kind of fellow you like to help, because he has so much potential. He was in high school, but easy to get along with — smart, ambitious.

 I just grew up around a lot of basketball players. I wouldn't say it's gotten kind of easy, but at the high school level it comes kind of natural.

 We know Jordan has a strong leg. He kicks them from 40 yards in practice. But you have to get the snap and the hold. It looks easy on TV, but this is high school and it isn't that easy.

 Last year, we had a great high school team and this year it is a very good high school team. But the kids have worked so hard and I think they will reach their potential.

 Since high school I've wanted to do this. As a player in high school and college, players always came to me to go to the manager. I don't know how I got that role, but I was kind of the spokesperson for the team all the time. I enjoyed it. I enjoy the competition, and I love studying the game. I think that's why I was born to manage.

 (Chad and I) grew up making movies with my home camera. I got ambitious in high school and made this two-hour movie just on video. He came and helped me out with that.
